合成氨厂环保型高浓缩倍数水稳剂配方的试验研究

摘要:

根据大连地区原水水质,运用正交试验法,经阻垢试验、旋转挂片腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验、杀菌剂配伍试验,筛选出以环保型L-天冬氨酸取代物为主剂,浓缩倍数为4.5~5的合成氨厂环保型高浓缩倍数水稳剂配方。试验结果表明,DHY-021配方具有优异的缓蚀阻垢性能,与杀菌剂有良好的配伍性。

Abstract:

Based on the original water quality in Dalian area,the prescription of a water stabilizer friendly to en-vironmental protection in synthetic ammonia plants with a concentration mutiple of4.5to5has been chosen by doing or thogonal tests,through scale inhibition tests,corrosion tests,dynamic simulated tests and bactericide compatibility tests.Its main ingredient is substituent L-aspartic acid.The results show that the prescription DHY-021has excellent effectiveness on scale and corrosion inhibition and has good compatibility with bacteri-cides.
