摘要:

以天津某独资香皂厂排放的制皂废水治理为例,详细介绍了采用过滤、气浮物化预处理并匹配传统活性污泥法好氧生化工艺进行处理的工艺流程,调试过程中存在的问题及治理效果,处理后出水达到国家污水综合排放标准GB8978—1996(二级),并概述工程总投资及运行成本。实践表明,此治理工艺在香皂制造厂废水处理领域将发挥其重要的作用。

Abstract:

Taking the project of a joint-ventured soap making plant as an example, the technolgies of filtration, floatation physical - chemical treatment, as well as traditional activated sludge aerobic biochemical treatment have been introduced in detail. Problems occurred and their control in the debugging process are discussed. The results show that the outflowing treated water has met the requirement of the Second-class National Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The project investment and running cost are summarized. It is predicted that the technologies mentioned will play an important role in the treatment of wastewater from soap making plants.
