超声波辅助TiO2光催化降解印染废水的研究

摘要:

探讨了超声波辅助TiO2提高光催化降解印染废水速度的原因,研究了超声波辅助,H2O2以及溶液初始pH值对TiO2光催化降解印染废水速率的影响;用均匀试验设计方法确定了降解印染废水的最佳条件:TiO2的投加量0.52g/L,溶液的初始pH值3.5,n(金红石型)∶n(锐钛型TiO2)=1∶3,质量分数为30%的H2O2的投加量3mL/L。

Abstract:

The reason of ultrasonic wave assisting titanium dioxide to increase the speed of photocatalytic degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater is discussed.The effects of ultrasonic wave assistance,H2O2 and the initial pH value o f the solution on TiO2 photocatalytic degradation have been studied.The best co nditions of the degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater are determined by the equality experimentation design as follows:the mass concentration of TiO2 added is 0.52 g/L, the initial pH value of the solution is 3.5,the ratio of rutile-typed TiO2 and anatase-typed TiO2 is 1∶3,and the feeding amount of 30% of H2O2 is 3 mL/L.
