摘要:

一硝基甲苯是生产多种精细化工产品生产的中间体,工业用途广泛。其生产过程中产生大量酚类副产物,毒性大,难治理。文中综述了处理硝基酚类、硝基甲苯类物质的主要方法,包括吸附、萃取、化学氧化、化学还原和生物化学法等,并展望了甲苯硝化废水处理工业化应用的研究方向。

Abstract:

Mononitrotoluene is an intermediate of many fine chemicals which is widely used in industrty. There are lots of phenolic byproducts in the production of mononitrotoluene,which have high toxicity and are difficult to be treated.This paper reports some main methods used to treat nitrophenol and nitrotoluene,such as adsorption, extraction, chemical oxidation,chemical reduction and biological treatment. Investigative directions of the industrialization of mononitrotoluene wastewater treatment are predicted.
