衣康酸共聚物阻垢剂的合成与应用

摘要:

以衣康酸I(A)、异丁烯磺酸I(BS)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料在水相中合成了IA/IBS/AA共聚物阻垢剂,确立了最佳合成工艺条件:单体质量配比mI(A)∶mI(BS)∶m(AA)=10∶3 5,引发剂质量占单体总质量的6%,链转移剂质量占单体总质量的9%,反应温度95℃,反应时间1.5 h。该共聚物阻CaCO3垢率高达94.65%,同时进行了产业化试生产并获得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

A terpolymer scale inhibitor called IA/IBS/AA is prepared from IA (itaconic acid),IBS (isobutylene sulfuric acid)and AA(acrylic acid)in water phase. The optimum conditions of the synthesis of IA / IBS /AA terpolymer are determined as follows:the monomer mass ratio m(IA)∶m(IBS)∶m(AA)= 10 ∶3 ∶5,the initiator 6% (wt. of total monomers),the chain- transfer agent 9%(wt.of total monomers),the reaction temperature 95 ℃,the reaction time 1.5 h. The efficiency of inhibiting CaCO3 scales of the terpolymer is 94.65%,and the terpolymer can be used as scale innibitor in cooling water for industrial circulating water. The synthesis of terpolymer is applied to factories and shows a good effects.
