混凝-厌氧水解-好氧组合工艺处理印染废水的研究

摘要:

印染废水的色度大,有机物含量高,可生化性差。针对上述特点,采用了混凝-厌氧水解-好氧组合工艺处理印染废水。结果表明,该工艺对印染废水有很好的处理效果,最终出水CODCr为83 ̄124mg/L,出水基本达到无色,达到纺织染整工业水污染物排放一级标准(GB4287—1992),处理成本为1.5元/t。

Abstract:

Printing and dyeing wastewater with high chroma and CODCr is difficult to be treated by microbe. In this paper,a coagulant - anaerobic acidification - aerobic combined technique is introduced to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater. Promising experimental results have heen obtained and show that:the CODCr of effluent is 83 ~ 124 mg/L, and the effluent is clear. It reaches the first grade discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(GB 4287-1992). The final discharge cost is 1.5 yuan/t lower than what was before.
