连铸含油污水处理新工艺的研究

摘要:

介绍了钢铁企业连铸系统含油污水(二次冷却水)处理的改进工艺,采用以化学除油器为核心的流程替代传统的平流池的工艺,实际应用中可以起到除油和除尘的目的,克服了平流池工艺除油不彻底的缺陷,基本能够满足生产的需要。通过对生产实际中发现的问题进行分析,指出了该工艺存在的不足之处,并提出了相应的改进建议。

Abstract:

A newtechnology of oil-bearing wastewater treatment in second cooling zone of continuous casting systems is introduced. The newprocess containing a chemical degrease machine is used to replace the traditional process by using horizontal flowbasin. The newprocess can eliminate grease and dust. Overcoming the disadvantages of the traditionalprocess has had. It meets the requirements ofproduction satisfactorily. The advantages and disadvantages of the newprocess are alsodiscussed and suggestions related totheir improvement are pointed out.
