弱酸树脂处理“负硬水”

Treatment of “negetive hard water”by using weak acidic resin

摘要:

用H+柱—脱气塔—Na+柱串联工艺处理“负硬水”。H+柱浮动床,Na+柱固定床,均采用弱酸性阳离子交换树脂110。处理后的水在满足硬度要求的同时,碱度<1.0 mmol/L,出水体积可高达H+交换柱树脂体积的260倍以上。运行结果表明,工艺具有操作简便、出水稳定、水质良好等优点,是处理“负硬水”非常好的方法。

Abstract:

The “negative hard water”is treated by consecutive H+ ion exchange, degasification, and Na+ ion exchange procedures. The H+ ion exchange column is a fluidized bed and the Na+ ion exchange column is a fixed bed. In both columns the weak acidic ion exchange resin 110 is used as the packings. The alkality ofthe treated water is less than 1.0 mmol/L under the required hardness, and the volume of produced water is as high as 260 times ofthat in a single H+ ion exchange resin column. It is shown that the proposed technology has the advantages of simple operation, stable water production, and high quality of produced water.
