水处理剂聚环氧磺羧酸的合成

摘要:

无磷化、绿色化工产品是当前水处理剂发展的主要趋势之一,聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)是目前正在大力研究的一类无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。从分子设计的角度出发,通过环氧琥珀酸与2,3-环氧丙磺酸共聚,将磺酸基团引入聚环氧琥珀酸分子中制得聚环氧磺羧酸(PECS)新型阻垢剂。实验结果表明,其阻磷酸钙垢的能力与聚环氧琥珀酸相比有显著提高。

Abstract:

Non-phosphorus and environmentally friendly water treatment agents have already become one important trend inwater treatment agent. At present, much researchwork has been done on the non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor, polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA). Fromthe angle ofmolecular design, epoxysuccinic acid and a monomer that contains sulphonic acid group are copolymerized. Finally, a newkind of green scale inhibitor, epoxysuccinic acid 2, 3-epoxypropanesulfonic acid copolymer (PECS)has been synthesized for the first time. The test results show that the calciumphosphate inhibition efficiency of PECS is obviously prior to PESA.
