摘要:
研究了以衣康酸为主原料,与丙烯酸羟丙酯及丙烯磺酸钠在复合引发剂引发下进行多元共聚。其最优条件:130 g衣康酸、36g丙烯磺酸钠和0.4g七水硫酸亚铁用200mL蒸馏水溶解,在95℃,将溶解的10g过硫酸钠和15 g亚硫酸钠,与65g丙烯酸羟丙酯同时均匀加入到烧瓶中,3 h加完。该法所得共聚物残余单体质量分数最低,转化率高,是一种高效无磷阻垢剂,其性能优于目前工业上广泛使用的阻垢剂。该技术易于工业化,无三废排放,可开拓衣康酸在国内的应用。

Abstract:
With the existence of complex evocator, itaconic acid, as the principal material, copolymerizes with hydroxypropyl acrylate and sodium allylsulfonate. The optimum reaction conditions are itaconic acid 130 g, sodium allylsulfonate 36 g, and ferrous sulfate 0.4 g mixed with 200 mL distilled water, at 95 ℃, feeding 10 g of dissolved sodium persulfate, 15 g of sodium sulfite and 65 g of hydroxypropyl acrylate into the flask within 3 h. The copolymer can be used as scale inhibitor for the cooling water system. Its scale inhibition is superior to other scale inhibitors used commonly in industry. This technology expands the applications of itaconic acid, and can be industrialized easily. There are not any wastesto be discharged in the process.
