荧光法测定水中双酚A残留的研究

摘要:

双酚A是一种环境内分泌干扰物质,是生产PC树脂及环氧树脂的主要原料,也可用作酚醛树脂、可塑性聚酯、抗氧剂及聚氯乙烯的稳定剂。基于在pH为1的酸性介质中,-β环糊精对双酚A荧光强度的增强作用,建立了荧光分光光度法测定水中双酚A残留的简单灵敏的方法。该法的线性范围为0.4~300.0μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%,检出限为0.020μg/L。用该法检测PC膜浸泡水样中双酚A残留量,结果令人满意。

Abstract:

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a kind of environmental endocrine interferent. It is the primary raw material to produce PCresin and can be used as the stabilizer ofphenolic resin, polyethylene terephthalate and PVC. Based on the enhancing effect of β-cyclodextrin on the fluorescence from BPA in acidic solution, a simple and sensitive fluorescence method for the determination ofBPAresidues has been developed. The linear range is 0.4 to 300.0μg/L. The relative standard deviation is 1.3%. The detection limit obtained is 0.020 μg/L. The proposed method is applied satisfactorilytothe determination ofBPAresidues in the sampues bydippingPCmembrane in the water.
