新型填料的BAF处理印染废水的研究

Study on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by biological aerated filter filled with a new type of filling

摘要:

采用新型填料——粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂颗粒填充曝气生物滤池(BAF),用于处理印染废水。针对印染废水有机物含量高、可生化降解性差的特点,先将废水进行水解,提高废水的可生化性,再利用新型填料的曝气生物滤池对废水进行好氧处理。实验结果表明,这种采用新型填料的BAF工艺对废水中的CODCr、BOD5、色度及SS有良好的去除效果,平均去除率分别达到86.09%、88.7%、88.1%和96.8%。最终出水达到纺织印染行业水污染物二级排放标准。

Abstract:

Fly-ash immobilized flocculent particles have been used as a new type of filling for biological aerated filter(BAF)to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.The wastewater is firstly hydrolyzed in the reactor and its biodegradability is improved.Then,the wastewater is treated in biological aerated filter.The experiment results show that this process is effective for treating printing and dyeing wastewater.The average removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,chroma and SS are 86.09%,88.7%,88.1% and 96.8% respectively,which are better than the second grade of printing and dyeing pollutant discharge standard promulgated by GB 4287 — 1992.
