摘要:

以衣康酸和丙烯磺酸钠为原料, 在氧化还原类引发剂的催化作用下, 合成了衣康酸—丙烯磺酸钠共聚物, 使用分子链转移剂异丙醇调节聚合物相对分子质量。对共聚物的阻垢、缓蚀及分散性能进行了测试, 结果表明, 衣康酸—丙烯磺酸钠共聚物具有优良的阻垢分散性能。

Abstract:

A copolymer has been synthesized from itaconic acid(IA)and sodium acrylsulfonate(SAS)under the catalytic action of redox initiator. The molecular weight of the copolymer is regulated by a molecular chaintransferred agent iso-propyl alcohol. The performances of scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition and dispersion are evaluated. The results showthat IA-SAS copolymer has good performances of scale inhibition and dispersion.
