摘要:

对采用微电解—UASB—SBR工艺处理企业排放的高浓度酸性糠醛废水进行了试验研究。研究结果表明, 采用以活性炭和废铁屑为阴、阳极的微电解预处理糠醛废水, CODCr的去除率达到30%, 再利用厌氧—好氧法进一步处理微电解出水, CODCr、BOD5总去除率达到99%以上, 出水水质达到国家《污水综合排放标准》GB 8978—1996二级排放标准。

Abstract:

Researches on the micro-electrolysis -UASB -SBR process to be used for the treatment of highly concentrated acidic furfural wastewater in an enterprise have been carried on. The results show that the CODCr removal rate is about 30% while activated carbon and waste scrap iron are used as cathode and anode in the microelectrolysis to pretreat the furfural wastewater. After the effluent from mirco-electrolytic reactor is further treated by anaerobic-aerobic process, the total removal rate of CODCr and BOD5 is above 99%. The effluent quality can meet the secondary grade discharge standard ofWastewater Integrated Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
