高性能除油吸附材料的制备及应用试验研究

摘要:

采用超临界萃取技术,通过控制萃取温度、压力和时间等工艺参数,可制备高性能核桃壳吸附滤料。这种核桃壳滤料活性大大高于常规滤料,比表面积达9.30m2/g,总孔容积6.1×10-3cm3/g,约为常规滤料的4倍。将该滤料用于轧钢含油废水处理,出水中油质量浓度可降至3.70mg/L、浊度可降至1.76NTU,表明其除油及截污性能优良。

Abstract:

The walnut shuck adsorptive filter medium has been prepared by using supercritical extraction technique.The adsorptive filter medium with higher capacity is obtained by controlling the technical parameters, such as temperature, pressure, time, etc. This activity of this filter medium is much higher than conventional filter media:BET, 9.30 m2/g; total pore volumes, 6.1×10-3 m3/g, about 4 times of conventional filter media. When it is used for treating steel rolling oil-bearing wastewater, the oil content can be reduced to 3.70 mg/L, turbidity to 1.76 NTU, and its oil removal rate and decontamination efficiency are improved greatly.
