The influential factors of the pretreatment of gelatin wastewater by using TiO2 membrane and their effect

摘要:

采用进口TiO2膜,在内蒙古某明胶公司污水处理站进行了明胶废水预处理试验,研究了无机陶瓷膜预处理明胶废水的影响因数,得到优化条件为:膜孔径200 nm,过膜压力0.30~0.35 MPa,膜面流速4.0~5.0 m/s,组合清洗(清水清洗10 min+HNO3清洗20 min)。在此优化条件下进行了多次试验,油类去除率均在98.2%以上CODCr去除率为70%~75%,污染物负荷大大降低,为后续生物处理奠定了基础。

Abstract:

The pretreatment of gelatin wastewater has been examined by using TiO2 membrane in a gelatin company in Inner Mongolia. The influential factors of the pretreatment of gelatin wastewater by inorganic ceramic membrane have been studied. The optimum conditions are as follows: membrane pore size of inorganic ceramic membrane is 200 nm,transit membrane pressure(TMP) 0.30-0.35 MPa, cross-flow velocity(CV) 4.0-5.0 m/s,and the integrated washing mode(firstly wash it by using clean water for 10 min,and then HNO3 for 20 min). Under these optimum conditions,repetitious tests have been conducted. The results show that the removal rates of COD are between 70%-75% and removal rates of oils are entirely over 98.2%. The pollutant load is lowered greatly and establishes a foundation for the following biological treatment.
