羧甲基壳聚糖的微波合成与阻垢性能研究

Study on the microwave synthesis of carboxymethyl chitosan and its scale inhibition performances

摘要:

利用微波法合成了羧甲基壳聚糖,对其结构进行了表征,对其阻垢性能进行了研究。结果表明:羧甲基壳聚糖对体系中的Ca2+具有一定的容忍度,羧甲基取代度越高,阻垢效果越好,阻垢性能对体系的酸碱度比较敏感。羧甲基壳聚糖是很有发展前景的绿色阻垢剂。

Abstract:

The environment-friendly chemicals carboxymethyl chitosan (CM -CTS) has been prepared by microwave synthesis. Its antiscaling performance is studied. The results show that CM-CTS is tolerant to Ca2+ to a certain degree. The higher the degree of carboxymethyl substitution, the better scale inhibition for CM-CTS. And the inhibition is sensitive to the pH of water system. CM-CTS is a kind of environment-friendly scale inhibitors with broad prospect
