摘要:
采用后继混凝沉淀的A/O工艺对含酚、氰的焦化废水进行了处理,运行结果表明:废水中酚质量浓度从287~681mg/L降至1.0mg/L以下,氰化物质量浓度从0.72~11.4mg/L降至0.5mg/L以下,完全达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的二级排放标准;CODCr从3879~6378mg/L降至116.1~184.2mg/L,氨氮从145.6~200mg/L降至11.64~25.26mg/L,大多数时间达到排放标准。

Abstract:
Steel pickling waste has been treated by using a 5 L airlift membrane reactor which couples with a 19-channel porcelain membrane element.The results show that when the aeration volume is in the range of 0.5-2.5 m3/h,membrane flux can be maintained above 60 L/(m2·h).In addition,increasing the aeration amount is good for increasingthe circulating liquid flux.Under stable operating conditions,the suspended solids concentration of ferrichydroxide in liquid,temperature(1-45 ℃) and operation pressure(0.025-0.1 MPa) show a linear relationship withmembrane flux.Under the following conditions: Fe2+ mass concentration is 400 mg/L of pickling liquid waste,dissolvedoxygen 70%,pressure difference 0.1 MPa,room temperature 18-25℃,pH 6-9,and the hydraulic retentiontime 2 h,the turbidity of effluent water is <2 NTU,pH accords with the national discharge standards.
