摘要:

在淡水资源紧缺的状况下,通过反渗透法进行海水淡化可以制得符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB5749—2006的淡水.海水反渗透系统的设计主要考虑以下要点:取水源需要根据海水淡化规模和现场情况确定采用开放式取水或海边挖井等;预处理系统需要根据海水水质确定悬浮物的去除、防止结垢和控制活性生物的处理工艺,采用混凝澄清、多介质过滤或超滤等;海水反渗透装置主要考虑膜元件的选择、回收率、排列方式、污染指数、配套的能量回收装置和自动冲洗及化学清洗系统等.

Abstract:

Facing the challenge of fresh water shortage, the reverse osmosis system is chosen to make potable water complied with the Standards for Drinking Water Quality GB 5749—2006.The design points of SWRO are discussed.Water intake methods need to be selected between open intake or beach well according to the project capacity and site conditions.The selection of the proper pretreatment(multi-media filter or ultrafiltration)depends on the seawater quality, so as to decide the treatment process which can remove the suspended solid, minimize biological fouling and prevent scaling.The SWRO system has mainly to choose the suitable reverse osmosis membrane, recovery rate, RO array, pollution index, corresponding energy recovery device, automatically flushing and chemical cleaning system etc., in place.
