摘要：

介绍了酒钢公司不锈钢热轧工程浊循环水处理系统.该系统选择采用旋流沉淀池—化学除油—变间隙自清洗过滤器处理工艺,经处理后的浊环水水质达到悬浮物质量浓度为50mg/L、油质量浓度5mg/L,满足了工艺要求.该工艺在不锈钢热轧浊环水处理系统中起到了关键作用.

Abstract:

The treatment technology of hot rolling turbid circulating water in Jiuquan Iron & Steel Co.（JISCO） is introduced.By means of comparison, the treatment process of swirl sedimentation tanks-chemical oil removalspace changing self-cleaning filter has been selected and used.After the treatment the water quality of the turbid circulating water meets the process requirements, when the mass concentration of the suspended substances is 50 mg/L, and mass concentration of oil is 5 mg/L.This process has played a key role in JISCO stainless steel hot rolling circulating turbid water treatment system.
