微电解—Fenton—SBR工艺处理皮革废水

摘要:

采用微电解—Fenton—SBR工艺处理皮革废水,考察了各处理单元的最佳工艺参数及连续运行时的处理效果。结果表明:在进水pH为3,微电解反应时间为2 h,H2O2投加量3 mL/L,SBR曝气10 h的条件下,微电解—Fenon—SBR的运行效果最好,处理后的皮革废水最终出水水质可达到污水综合排放二级标准(GB 8798—1996)。

Abstract:

Microelectrolysis-Fenton-SBR process has been applied to the treatment of tannery wastewater. Theeffects of operational parameters and the continuous running efficiency are investigated. The optimal operationalparameters are as follows: when the influent pH is 3, treating time 2 h for microelectrolysis process, dosage ofH2O2 3 ml/L and aeration time for SBR 10 h, the running efficiency of this process is the best. After treated, theeffluent water quality of the tannery wastewater can meet the requirements of the Second Grade of WastewaterDischarge Standard(GB 8798—1996).
