Preparation and capacity evaluation of corrosion and scale inhibitors which are environment-friendly and free of phosphorus

摘要:

目前国内工业循环冷却水大多采用磷系配方,给后续废水处理增加了费用,并容易造成二次污染。随着环保要求的不断提高,磷系配方的应用越来越受到限制。通过大量试验开发出无磷绿色缓蚀阻垢剂ECH-337和无磷缓蚀增效剂ECH-337A。试验结果表明,ECH-337与ECH-337A同时使用,与磷系配方相比,不但具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能,而且经济成本相当,并具有显著的环境效益。

Abstract:

At present most of the industrial water treatment agents used in circulating cooling water systems contain phosphorus compounds. They increases the sequent cost of wastewater treatment and are likely to cause secondary pollution. Along with the increasing requirement of environmental protection, the phosphoruscontaining treatment agents are more and more restricted. Finally the circulating cooling water treatment agent ECH-337 which contains no phosphorus and ECH-337A which contains no phosphorus and can enhance the corrosion inhibition efficiency have been developed, based on a great quantity of experimentations. The tests show that when ECH-337 and ECH-337A are used simultaneously, they have excellent corrosion and scale inhibition capacities, compared with the phosphorus-containing agents. Furthermore, their economical costs are favorable, and have remarkable environmental benefit.
