光催化技术对工业循环冷却水微生物灭活实验研究

Research of the inactivation effect on microbes in industrial circulating cooling water system utilizing photocatalytic technology

摘要:

设计了UV/镍网、镍网/TiO2以及UV/镍网/TiO23种配置的光催化反应器,通过实验对比分析了3种配置下光催化反应器对大肠杆菌的灭活效果,结果表明:UV/镍网/TiO2对大肠杆菌菌体灭活率达到99.9%,明显高于灭活率分别为87.6%、60.4%的UV/镍网、镍网/TiO2。选取不同取水点,反应3h后,UV/镍网/TiO2对自然菌菌体灭活率均达到99.9%。光催化反应器对大肠杆菌和自然菌的灭活均遵循一级反应动力学。光催化反应1h后,水样中军团菌由阳性变为未检出,达到预期灭活效果。

Abstract:

Three photocatalytic reactors with different configurations,UV/nickel-net,nickel-net/TiO2 and UV/nickelnet/TiO2 were designed and assembled.The inactivation rate for Coli were measured using the reactors.Results showed that the inactivation rate of UV/nickel-net/TiO2 is 99.9%,more than that of the UV/nickel-net(87.6%) and nickel-net/TiO2(60.4%).By utilizing UV/nickel-net/TiO2 and treating 3 h,the inactivation rates for natural bacterial in water samples gathered at three different locations could reach 99.9%.Photocatalytic reactions both for natural bacteria and Coli follow the first order kinetics model.Legionella were not detected in samples after 1 h reaction
