摘要:

宝钢股份特殊钢分公司特冶厂电渣炉由于水处理工艺比较特殊,所以循环水往往在高温区,即结晶器上产生结垢。介绍了一种控制电渣炉结晶器结垢的化学处理方法,能有效延缓结晶器的结垢速度,确保了产品质量。

Abstract:

Since the water treatment process is rather special at the electric slag remelt(ESR) of the Special Smelting Plant, Baosteel Special Steel Co., the circulating water is sometimes located in the high temperature area, and scaling comes into being in the mould. A kind of chemical treatment method which controls the scaling on the electric slag remelt mould is introduced.
