摘要: 针对循环水排污水水质特点,进行了回用处理工艺实验研究。结果表明,强化混凝可有效去除循环水排污水中的有机物,对COD、TOC去除率分别为61.2%、47.5%,减轻后续膜系统的有机污染;二级软化对Ca2+、Mg2+、总磷、TOC、全硅的去除率分别为86.5%、92.5%、97.9%、27.4%、84.3%,减轻后续膜系统的无机污染;反渗透回收率可达到85%,反渗透产水可以作为锅炉补给水水源,反渗透浓水可以作为脱硫工艺用水。提出了地表水水源循环水排污水强化混凝-二级软化-超滤-反渗透回用处理工艺。

Abstract: Aiming at the quality characteristics of the wastewater from circulating water,an experimental research on the reuse treatment process has been implemented. The results show that enhanced coagulation can effectively remove the organic matter from the wastewater. The removing rates of COD and TOC are 61.2% and 47.5%,respectively,and the organic pollution of subsequent membrane system can be alleviated. By means of secondary softening,the removing rates of Ca2+,Mg2+,TP,TOC and total silicon are 86.5%,92.5%,97.9%,27.4% and 84.3%,respectively,and the inorganic pollution of subsequent membrane system can be alleviated. RO recovery rate can reach 85%. The RO produced water can be used as the water source of the boiler make-up water. The RO concentrated water can be used for the desulfurization process. The reuse treatment process,enhanced coagulation-secondary softening-UF-RO,for the wastewater from circulating water of surface water sources is proposed.
