摘要:

为了降低离子交换树脂再生时的酸碱耗,介绍了某电厂化学水处理一级除盐设备再生时酸碱用量调整试验的基本过程。根据原水水质和水处理设备及原始水处理工艺条件等情况,通过降低再生液浓度,延长再生时间,控制运行流量等,调整试验、确定最优酸碱耗,节约了酸碱用量、减少了自用水率,达到了降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:

In order to reduce acid and alkali consumption during the regeneration of ion exchange,the basic process of the acid and alkali dosage adjustment during primary desalting system regeneration for chemical water treatment at an electric power plant is introduced. The best acid and alkali consumption and lowest economic cost are fixed through adjustment tests by controlling its regeneration concentration, regeneration time and system water flow.
