摘要:

生物毒性检测能直观地反映污染水体的综合毒性,是预测和控制化学物质污染的一种不可缺少的辅助手段,逐渐得到了广泛应用和迅速发展。描述了生物毒性的种类及测试的意义,并从毒性测试的种类出发综述了国内外各生物毒性检测方法的研究概况,对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

Biotoxicity testing can intuitively reflect the comprehensive toxicity of contaminated water body. Gradually,it plays an important role in monitoring chemical pollution. Various types of biotoxicity and the significance of the tests are described. The biotoxicity testing methods are summarized and their prospects are put forward.
