光合细菌+混凝处理中成药废水的工艺参数研究

摘要:

通过串联的四级反应槽,利用光合细菌处理中成药废水,对其工艺参数进行了研究。结果表明:有机负荷越高,处理效果越明显,且最佳处理工艺参数为:进水pH为6.5~7.5,1#槽SV30为28%,PSB反应装置各槽DO分别为3.5、3.8、4.5、5.2 mg/L。用聚合硫酸铝作混凝剂对PSB反应槽出水进行混凝处理,当调节pH在7.5~8.0,混凝剂投加质量浓度为400 mg/L时,CODCr

Abstract:

The wastewater treatment parameters of traditional Chinese medicine by photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) in four reacting troughs in series have been studied. The results show that the higher the organic load is, the more obvious the treatment efficiency is. And the optimal conditions are as follows:the influent pH is 6.5-7.5, and the SV30 in trough 1# is 28%, the DO in the four PSB troughs are 3.5,3.8,4.5, 5.2 mg/L respectively. The effluent from the PSB reacting trough is treated by polymeric aluminium sulfate which is used as coagulant. When the pH is 7.5-8.0 and the dosage of the coagulant is 400 mg/L,the removal efficiency of CODCr reaches the highest level.
