摘要:
研究了高铁酸钾对各种污水的COD去除效果,发现高铁酸钾对水可溶性有机物如苯酚、葡萄糖等引起的高COD污水处理效果不好,而对COD主要来源于不溶或微溶于水的有机物的污水,如皮革综合废水、造纸综合废水、鱼塘水、人工甲苯污水等效果较好,结合理论分析,认为高铁酸钾对COD的强力去除功能主要依靠于新生成的(OH)3的多相絮凝功能,其强氧化性只起辅助作用,进而有助于揭示高铁酸钾去除污水中COD的作用机理。

Abstract:
The potassium ferrate COD removing capacity from various kinds of wastewater has been studied. It is found that the treatment effect of potassium ferrate on the wastewater having high COD which is caused by water soluble organic substances,such as phenol,glucose,etc. is not good,while the effect on the organic wastewater with COD mainly from insoluble or slightly soluble organic substances,such as integrated tanning wastewater,papermaking wastewater,fish pond wastewater,artificial toluene wastewater,etc. are remarkable. Based on the resultsfrom theoretical analysis,it is thought that the strong removing effect of potassium ferrate on COD mainly depends on the multiphase flocculation function of the newly formed Fe (OH)3,but the strong oxidation capacity has some auxiliary function only. Furthermore,it will help to show the mechanism of potassium ferrate COD removing effect from wastewater.
