高锰酸盐药剂预氧化去除受污染地下水中铁、锰

Research on the removal of Fe/Mn from polluted groundwater by preoxidation with different permanganate chemicals

摘要:

通过单因子试验考察了进水pH、预氧化时间及原水本底成分对高锰酸钾、高锰酸盐复合药剂(PPC)预氧化去除受污染地下水中铁、锰效果的影响。试验结果表明,在使用KMnO4及PPC预氧化时,进水无需调节pH便能取得较好的铁、锰去除效果;综合技术经济因素考虑,PPC及KMnO4的预氧化时间应定为10 min;原水本底成分极大地影响着PPC的预氧化效果,而KMnO4预氧化受此影响略小;在原水含有某些还原性有机物的情况下投加PPC预氧化更为合理,反之,则应投加KMnO4药剂。

Abstract:

By means of single factor experiments,the effects of the influent pH,preoxidation time and the background components of raw water on the removal of iron and manganese from polluted groundwater by preoxidation with different permanganate chemicals have been investigated. The results show that satisfactory Fe/Mn removal effects can be obtained without adjusting the influent pH by preoxidation with KMnO4 and PPC. Taking technical and economical factor into consideration,the preoxidation time should be fixed at 10 min. The preoxidation effect of PPC is largely influenced by the background components of raw water,but potassium permanganate preoxidation is affected slightly by it. When the raw water contains certain reducing organic matter,adding PPC for the preoxidation is more rational,conversely,KMnO4 should be added.
