内循环UASB反应器处理垃圾渗滤液的试验研究

Study on the treatment of landfill leachate by using the inner circulating UASB reactor

摘要:

采用内循环UASB对垃圾渗滤原液或稀释后的垃圾废水直接进行厌氧处理,进一步验证了内循环UASB反应器具有对COD Cr、NH 3-N、SS等适应范围广、易实现污泥颗粒化、污泥强度更高、污泥流失量少的特点。试验结果表明,当负荷发生变化时,系统能在短期内(8~15 d)达到稳定的COD Cr去除率,最高达94.78%,一般5~13 dCODCr去除率可达80%,而且抗冲击能力强,其出水适于好氧法作进一步处理。

Abstract:

By means of the anaerobic method of the inner circulating UASB reactor, the undiluted or diluted landfill leachate has been treated directly. It is verified that the UASB reactor is suitable for wider ranges, such as COD Cr, NH3-N, SS and so on, makes granulation easier, gives higher sludge strength, lessens the loss of sludge, etc. The results show that when the loadings are changed, the stable removal rate of CODCr can be obtained in a short time (8-15 d), as high as 94.78%, but 80%in 5-13 d. Its shock resistance is strong. The effluent water is suitable for being treated by further aerobic method.
