物化+水解酸化+活性污泥法工艺处理印染废水

摘要:

某服装工业园区污水处理厂进水CODCr≤1 200 mg/L、SS≤300 mg/L、色度≤300 倍,采用物化+水解酸化+活性污泥法工艺对其进行处理。工程实践表明,系统处理效果良好,出水水质达到或优于《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB 4287-1992 中的一级排放标准。

Abstract:

Physico-chemical/hydrolytic acidification/activated sludge process has been used for treating the influent(its CODCr≤1 200 mg/L,SS≤300 mg/L,and chroma≤300 times) in the water treatment plant of a clothing industrial park. The results indicate that the treatment efficiency of the system is very good, and the effluent water quality reaches or is superior to the First Grade of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287-1992).
