摘要：
反渗透装置在运行过程中发生的膜污染、化学损伤、停机保护不当、操作条件恶化等异常现象,是影响反渗透膜使用寿命与运行经济性的主要原因,也是反渗透运行管理的主要研究方向。分析了青岛地区多个反渗透运行事例,阐述了导致异常现象发生的主观因素与客观影响,并提出了防范事故发生、延长膜寿命的具体建议。

Abstract:
The membrane fouling,chemical damage,improper shutdown protection,operation condition worsening,etc.occurred in the operation process are the main factors that affect the service life and economic running efficiency of reverse osmosis(RO) membranes.They are also the main research directions of RO running management.Many RO running examples in Qingdao area are analyzed.The subjective factors and objective influences which cause abnormal phenomenon are expounded based on relevant basic theories.Some concrete suggestions on the prevention of accidents and service life saving are put forward.
