动态微气泡浮选除油技术研究

Research on the technology of oil removal by dynamic state micro-bubbles flotation

摘要:

介绍了一种用在海洋石油平台生产水处理中的微气泡浮选除油技术。实验研究表明,通过微孔膜产生的微气泡能将含油污水中油的含量降低50%以上。同时,研发了微气泡浮选技术与T型管相结合的动态气浮装置,并在海洋石油平台进行了现场试验,该装置能将油质量浓度从38 mg/L降到12 mg/L,达到了很好的除油效果。

Abstract:

The oil removal technique by dynamic state micro-bubbles flotation which is used for the water treatment on offshore oil platform is introduced. The experimental research shows that the micro-bubbles generated by microporous membrane could reduce the oil content by 50% or more. The micro-bubbles flotation technique combined with the T-tube dynamic state flotation device has been designed and site tests on offshore platform have been carried out. The results show that this device could reduce the oil mass concentration from 38 mg/L to 12 mg/L,obtaining very good oil removal efficiency.
