摘要:

水资源的紧缺在一定程度上制约了社会经济的发展, 而城市污水是城市可靠的第二水源。因此, 开展城市污水再生利用, 实现水资源的社会循环, 对促进社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义。目前, 城市污水的再生利用已被提上政府议事日程, 但由于化学、微生物和生态安全性是影响城市污水再生利用的关键问题和最大障碍, 因此引起了社会的广泛关注和重视。作者从再生利用的必要性和紧迫性、深度处理技术及其经济可行性、安全评价体系等方面对其进行了全面讨论。

Abstract:

The shortage of water resource has been restricted the development of society and economy while municipal wastewater acts as a second water resource of cities. So wastewater reclamation is very important for the sustainable development of society and economy. The promotion of wastewater reclamation has become an important policy as well as a strategy of China to cope with water shortage problems. However, the chemical, hygienic and ecological risks accompanied with wastewater reclamation have to be reduced to an acceptable level. The necessity, advance treatment, safety evaluation’index system and economical feasibility of wastewater reclamation are discussed.
