摘要:
根据环氧琥珀酸(ESA)合成体系中只有马来酸分子含有双键这一特点,采用溴值法测定马来酸酐含量,研究了试液的稳定性、酸度、测量范围及其他干扰组分对测定结果的影响,检验了方法的精密度。试验结果表明:最佳测试条件为滴定时间小于20 min,体系pH=4~6,马来酸酐质量浓度小于2 g/L,相对误差小于3.6%,回收率94%以上。该方法简单、快速、易实现、测定成本低、精密度高。

Abstract:
The determination methods in being have been too elaborate and their operation cost too high.Based on the feature that only maleic acid molecules have double-bond in this system,bromine number method is used for determining the content of maleic anhydride.The effect of stability and pH of the solution,the range of measurement,as well as other interference components,such as epoxysuccinic acid and tartaric acid on the determining results are studied.The precision of the method has been detected.The results show that the best testing conditions are as follows:titrating time is less than 20 min,system pH=4-6,maleic anhydride concentration less than 2 g/L,relative error less than 3.6% and recovery rate more than 94%.This method is characterized by brief and fast method,high feasibility,low cost and high precision.
