摘要:

建立了一种以重量法计算反渗透运行浓缩倍率,采用给水一次通过法为运行模式,以"极值误差"为基准,通过反渗透浓缩液中成垢离子浓度的变化趋势来评定反渗透阻垢剂性能的试验方法。试验结果表明,该方法试验误差小,可以在较短时间内准确区分阻垢剂性能。

Abstract:

A new evaluation method of reverse osmosis scale inbibitors has bean established. The concentration multiple of reverse osmosis operation is calculated by gravimetric method. Once-through flow technique of water supply is used in the method. The“extreme error”is used as a benchmark. The performance of scale inhibitors is evaluated by the changing tendency of scale-forming ion concentration in the concentrated solution of reverse osmosis. The results show that the method can quickly screen out the performance of scale inhibitors with low error level.
