摘要:

采用混凝+微滤膜组合工艺处理与回用铝型材表面处理废水,考察了对废水中主要污染物Al3+、SO42-及浊度的去除效率以及出水回用于脱脂、碱蚀、中和、氧化等工序水洗的可行性。组合工艺稳定运行2周,尽管进水水质变化较大,但出水浊度稳定在10 NTU左右,Al3+和SO42-质量浓度稳定在8mg/L和1000 mg/L左右,出水水质完全可满足脱脂、碱蚀、中和、氧化等工序后水洗环节的用水要求。

Abstract:

The combined process of coagulation micro-filtration membrane separation(C+MFMS) has been used for treating aluminum profile anodizing line wastewater. The removing efficiencies of main pollutants,such as Al3+ and SO42- and turbidity are investigated. The feasibility of effluent reused in solvent degreasing,alkali corrosion, neutralization,anodizing etc. is analyzed. During the two week stable operation stage,though the influent water quality changes greatly,the effluent turbidity stabilizes at 10 NTU,and the concentration of Al3+ and SO42- can be stabilized at 8 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L respectively. The water quality of effluent can meet water-wash treatment requirements of solvent degreasing,alkali corrosion,neutralization,anodizing etc. process.
