萃取—Fenton—次氯酸钠氧化联合处理咖啡因废水

Combined process for treating caffeine wastewater by extraction-Fenton-NaClO oxidation

摘要:

采用萃取—Fenton—次氯酸钠氧化联合处理咖啡因废水.结果表明,在试验条件下,该工艺取得良好的处理效果,达到末端处理要求,出水COD在3 000 mg/L左右,色度去除率达93%.用NaOH溶液对萃取剂进行反萃回收,取得较好效果.

Abstract:

Caffeine wastewater has been treated by combined process extraction -Fenton -NaClO oxidation. The results show that under experimental conditions,the technology achieves good treatment results,meeting the requirements of terminal treatment. The COD of effluent is about 3 000 mg/L,and the chrome removing rate reaches 93%. The extracting agent can be recovered with NaOH solution through removing efficiency with good effect.
