铁路机务段废水回用工程实例

摘要:

某铁路机务段废水含石油类物质较高,原有处理设施处理后的出水不能达标排放。通过加设油水分离装置和生物接触氧化单元,以及在末端增设过滤深度处理装置,并采用二氧化氯消毒等技术措施对原有处理设施进行了升级改造。运行实践表明,改造后出水水质稳定(SS<5 mg/L,COD<30 mg/L,浊度<3 NTU),满足《铁路回用水水质标准》(TB/T 3007—2000)要求。改造工程废水回用率>50%,减少向淮河排放COD 27 t/a,石油类21.06 t/a,每年可节约资金30.77万元,经济效益和环境效益显著。

Abstract:

The petroleum contained in the wastewater at a railway locomotive service sections is high. The effluent treated by original facilities was unable to reach the discharge standard. The original treatment facilities have been upgraded and modified by further facilities, such as oil/water separation device and biological contact oxidation unit, as well as filtration device for advanced treatment. Furthermore, chlorine dioxide disinfection and other techniques have been used. The water quality of the upgraded and improved effluent is steady(SS<5 mg/L, COD<30 mg/L, and turbidity<3 NTU), meeting the requirements of Railway Reused Water Quality Standard(TB/T 3007—2000). The wastewater reuse rate of the modified project is more than 50%, reducing the discharge of COD 27 t/a and petroleum 21.06 t/a, respectively, to the Huaihe River, and saving CNY307 700 per year. The measures have remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
