CaO/NaAlO2-微电解-Fenton处理精制棉废水研究

Study on advanced treatment of refined cotton wastewater with CaO/NaAlO2-microelectrolysis-Fenton

摘要:

采用CaO/NaAlO2预处理-微电解-Fenton工艺对经物化-生化处理后的精制棉废水进行处理。当控制n(Ca2+):n(Al3+)比为4:1,n(Ca2+):n(Cl-)为11:1时,氯离子去除率达84.11%,COD去除率达81.25%,高于Fenton法、Fe/C微电解法、Fe/C微电解-Fenton联用的较优COD处理效果(42.5%、20.21%、65.625%),GC-MS分析表明,经CaO/NaAlO2-微电解-Fenton处理后废水中有机物大量减少,只有少量γ-谷甾醇残留。

Abstract:

The refined cotton wastewater after the physicochemical treatment is further treated by CaO/NaAlO2 pretreatment-microelectrolysis-Fenton process. When the ratio of n(Ca2+) and n(Al3+) is 4:1 and the ratio of n(Ca2+) and n(Cl-) is 11:1, the removal rates of chloride ion and COD are 84.11% and 81.25%, respectively. The COD removal rate is higher than that of Fenton method, Fe/C micro-electrolysis method, Fe/C microelectrolysis-Fenton combined with better COD treatment effect(42.5%, 20.21%, 65.625%). Through the GC-MS analysis, the organic matter in the wastewater was greatly reduced, and only a small amount of γ-sitosterol remained after CaO/NaAlO2-microelectrolysis-Fenton treatment.
