溶剂累积逆流再生粉末活性炭的研究

Study on the regeneration of powered activated carbon by a multiple-stage solvent countercurrent process

摘要: 采用溶剂多级逆流法再生吸附饱和的粉末活性炭,筛选出最佳再生剂,优化了再生条件,并分析了溶剂逆流再生的影响因素。结果表明,有机再生剂的再生效果均优于无机再生剂,并以甲醇的再生效果最佳,甲醇的最佳再生时间为30 min,在较低的再生固液比下,PAC的再生率可达75%;在相同再生固液比下,甲醇二级逆流再生的效果高于一级再生,且PAC的再生率随再生次数的增大而逐渐降低,随再生温度的升高而逐渐增大。

Abstract: A multiple-stage solvent countercurrent process has been used for regenerating and adsorbing the saturated powdered activated carbon(PAC) whose adsorption capacity was exhausted. Thus, the optimal regenerant is selected, its regeneration condition optimized and influencing factors of solvent countercurrent regeneration analyzed. The results indicate that the regeneration effectiveness of all organic regenerants are better than that of inorganic regenerants. The regeneration effectiveness of methanol is the best. The optimal regeneration time of methanol is 30 min. At a lower solid-to-liquid ratio, PAC regeneration rate could reach 75%. At the same solid-to-liquid ratio, the effectiveness of methaol two-stage countercurrent regeneration is higher than that of one-stage regeneration. In addition, the PAC regeneration rate decreases gradually with the increase of regeneration frequency, and increases gradually with the increase of regeneration temperature.
