活性炭吸附电镀废水中CODCr的实验研究

摘要:

采用单因素法对活性炭吸附电镀废水中CODCr的工艺条件进行研究。实验结果表明,温度为25 ℃、pH=8、活性炭投加量为0.8 g/L、吸附时间为2 h 时,粉末活性炭对CODCr的去除率在20%左右。Freundlich 吸附等温线表明粉末活性炭对电镀废水中的CODCr吸附性能较差。

Abstract:

The monothetic method for the technological conditions of the adsorption of CODCr from electroplating wastewater by using activated carbon has been studied. The results indicate that the CODCr removing rate by using powdered activated carbon is about 20% under the following conditions: temperature is 25 ℃,pH of wastewater 8,dosage of activated carbon 0.8 g/L,and adsorption time 2 h. The Freundlich isotherm shows that the CODCr adsorption capacity from electroplating wastewater by using powdered activated carbon is rather poor.
