摘要:

采用A/O生物活性炭(PACT)工艺处理工业园区综合废水水解酸化出水,考察了粉末活性炭性质对PACT工艺的影响,确定了PACT工艺的强化效率和影响因素。结果表明:采用PACT的A/O工艺可提高10%以上的COD和色度去除率,但对氨氮、TN和TP的去除促进作用并不明显。粉末活性炭的中孔容积和比表面积是影响PACT工艺强化作用效率的重要参数。

Abstract:

A/O powdered activated carbon treatment(PACT) process has been used for treating the integrated effluent by hydrolysis acidification process from industrial zones. The influence of PAC performance on PACT process is investigated and the reinforcing efficiency and influencing factors of PACT process are ascertained. The results show that PACT process exhibits an obvious promoting effect(over 10%) on the removing rates of COD and chromaticity, but does not have obvious promoting effects on the removing rates of ammonium nitrogen,TN and TP. It is found that mesopore volume and specific surface area of PAC are the important parameters that have influences on the reinforcing efficiency of PACT process.
