酸性条件下零价铁对ASBR降解2,4,6-TCP的强化效应研究

Reinforcement effect of ASBR on the degradation of 2,4,6-TCP under zero-valent iron and acidic condition

摘要:

采用进水pH从中性偏碱(pH=8.0)逐步降低到酸性(pH=6.0)的方式启动ASBR,然后在酸性条件下(pH=6.0)运行,考察ASBR对2,4,6-TCP的降解效果,发现投加零价铁有利于2,4,6-TCP的降解:与单独厌氧微生物体系相比,零价铁/厌氧微生物联合体系在三氯酚负荷为112.1 μmol/g、进水pH为6.0及持续运行43 d条件下较完全地将2,4,6-TCP降解为苯酚。零价铁有调节体系pH,并保持产酸微生物与耗酸微生物良好平衡关系的作用。

Abstract:

ASBR has been started up by way of reducing influent pH gradually from slightly alkaline(pH=8.0) to acidic(pH=6.0),and then,has run under acidic condition(pH=6.0). The degradation effectiveness of 2,4,6-TCP by ASBR is investigated. It is found that the dosing of zero-valent iron is good for the degradation of 2,4,6-TCP. Compared with the single anaerobic microbe system,2,4,6-TCP can be degraded completely as phenol by using the combined system zero-valent iron/anaerobic microbe,when trichlorophenol loading rate is 112.1 μmol/g,pH=6.0,and runs continuously for 43 days. Zero-valent iron has the function of adjusting the system pH,and keeping good balance relation between acid-producing microorganisms and acid-consuming microorganisms.
