黄麻对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的生物吸附效果及机理研究

Research on the biological adsorption effect of jute powder on Cr(Ⅵ) in aqueous solution and its mechanisms

摘要:

以黄麻粉末吸附处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水, 考察了黄麻不同部位、粒径、pH、初始Cr(Ⅵ)浓度和吸附时间对吸附效果的影响, 进行了动力学和等温吸附研究, 利用扫描电镜表征了吸附剂表面形态。结果表明, 对于粒径为0.18 mm的黄麻叶, 当pH为1, Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度为100 mg/L, 吸附时间为60 min时, 可以达到较好的吸附效果;吸附过程符合拟二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温线方程, 饱和吸附量为185.09 mg/g。以黄麻叶处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水价格低廉、高效、快速, 其可用于水体重金属污染修复。

Abstract:

Natural jute powder has been used for the adsorption treatment of wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ). The influences of different parts of jute, its particle size, pH, initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration, and adsorption time on adso- rption effect are investigated. With the help of kinetic models and adsorption isotherms, its adsorption capacity is tested. Furthermore, the biosorbent surface state is characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicate that optimal adsorption effect can be achieved, when the jute leaf powder particle size is 0.18 mm, pH=1, initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) 100 mg/L, and adsorption time 60 min. The adsorption course follows the pseudo second order kinetics model and the Langmuir model. The maximum biosorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ) is found to be 185.09 mg/g. As a kind of natural biosorbent for Cr(Ⅵ), jute leaf powder are characterized by low cost, high efficiency and high speed, and it can be applied to the water body restoration from heavy metal contamination.
