兼养反硝化脱硫UASB工艺快速启动运行研究

Research on quick start-up operation of mixotrophic desulfurization denitrification in up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB) process

摘要:

为了缩短兼养反硝化脱硫工艺的启动周期,以UASB接种普通厌氧颗粒污泥作为兼养反硝化脱硫工艺,通过初期添加过量硝酸盐减轻自养微生物与异养微生物对共同电子受体的竞争作用.结果表明,反应器运行10 d时,各污染物去除率均达到了较高水平.兼养反硝化脱硫UASB工艺在53 d内成功启动.控制n(C):n(N):n(S)=1:1:1有利于兼养反硝化工艺单质硫的产生及使产物停留在单质硫阶段,单质硫产率达到83%左右.

Abstract:

In order to shorten the start-up period of mixotrophic desulfurization denitrification process,UASB inoculated with ordinary anaerobic granular sludge has been used as mixotrophic denitrification desulfurization process. Through adding excessive nitrate at the early period,the competition effects on common electron acceptor by autotrophic and heterotrophic microorganisms are lightened. The results show that the removing rates of every pollutant can reach a higher level in 10 days. Mixotrophic desulfurization denitrification UASB process can be started up successfully within 53 days. Controlling the ratios of C,N and S at n(C): n(N): n(S)=1:1:1 is beneficial to the production of mixotrophic denitrification process elemental sulfur and make the product stay at elemental sulfur stage. The yield of elemental sulfur can reach 83% or so.
