稠油污水绿色破乳剂的合成及评价

Synthesis and evaluation of thick oil wastewater green demulsifier

摘要:

针对SAGD稠油污水乳状液成分复杂、稳定性极强的特点,探究该乳化液滴保持高度稳定的关键因素,研究并合成了一种高分子金属离子络合型破乳剂,并通过红外光谱对该破乳剂结构进行表征。将该高分子金属离子络合型破乳剂应用于新疆油田SAGD稠油污水,在最佳投加质量浓度22 mg/L下,污水中的油降低70%。同时微生物降解性能评价结果表明该破乳剂易生化降解,是一种环境友好型绿色破乳剂。

Abstract:

Since SAGD thick oil wastewater has complex composition and very strong stability,the key factors of keeping the emulsion droplets highly stable has been explored,a kind of polymer metal-ion complex demulsifier has been researched and synthesized,and the demulsifier structure has been characterized by infrared spectrum. The demulsifier is applied to the treatment of Xinjiang oilfield SAGD thick oil wastewater. When its optimum dosage mass concentration is 22 mg/L,70% of oil in wastewater can be reduced. Meantime,the evaluation result of microorganism degradation capacity show that it is easy for the demulsifier to be biodegraded,indicating it is a kind of environment-friendly green demulsifier.
