摘要:
使用微电解-Fenton联合法对星形共聚醚合成过程中的废水进行处理,实验研究中将铁炭比、30% H2O2投入量、反应时间、初始pH作为考察因素。结果表明,在铁炭比为1:1、30% H2O2投入量为48 g/L、初始pH为2、反应时间为8 h时,所处理废水的COD去除率可达到92.9%,废水COD降低至260 mg/L,达到国家三级排放标准。

Abstract:
Micro-electrolysis-Fenton combined process has been used for treating the wastewater from the synthesis process of star-shaped copolyether. In the experimental research,the factors,including iron-charcoal ratio,dosage of H2O2(30%),reaction time,and initial pH value are investigated. The results show that when the iron-charcoal ratio is 1:1,dosage of H2O2(30 %) is 48 g/L,pH is 2,and reaction time 8 h,the removing rate of COD is 92.9%, and the COD of the star-shaped copolyether wastewater decreases to 260 mg/L,reaching the third grade of the national discharge standard.
