垃圾渗滤液超临界水气化制氢影响因素分析

Analysis on the influential factors of supercritical water gasification hydrogen production for landfill leachate treatment

摘要:

利用高温高压反应釜对生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液进行超临界水气化产氢处理。分析了反应温度、压力和停留时间对气化产氢效果、氢气产量以及COD去除率的影响。研究结果表明,在温度为470℃、压力为23.1 MPa、停留时间为10 min条件下,经超临界水气化处理后,渗滤液COD去除率达到75.6%,气体产物中CH4、CO2和H2分别达到32.34%、2.72%、61.88%。

Abstract:

Domestic landfill leachate has been treated by supercritical water gasification hydrogen production in a reaction kettle with high temperature and high pressure. The influences of reaction temperature,pressure and retention time on the gasification hydrogen producing effect,hydrogen producing capacity and COD removing rate are analyzed. The results indicate that under the following conditions:temperature is 470℃,pressure 23.1 MPa,and retention time 10 min,after treated by supercritical water gasification,the leachate COD removing rate is 75.6%,and the contents of CH4,CO2 and H2 in the gas product are 32.34%,2.72% and 61.88%,respectively.
